Founded by Trudy Martin (also known as the "little black book" of the landscape world), TruGrowth brings over 25 years of experience within the FM and Construction industries.

Trudy began her career in horticulture, followed by hard and soft landscaping, and most recently grounds maintenance. Having worked her way up from the ground level and even acting as CEO of a landscaping firm, she has a true understanding of what it takes to build and run a successful company.

Trudy's true passion lies in people. She will always go above and beyond to ensure others are supported and succeed.

With an infectious personality and a genuine approach, she quickly builds trust, once you meet her, she's hard to forget. It's this authenticity that has led so many within the industry to rely on her, making her a well recognised and respected face across the sector.

Trudy has always dreamed of running her own company, one where she can shine the spotlight on others, make meaningful connections, and offer support and guidance where it's needed most. That's where the idea of TruGrowth was born.
