I'm not a consultant looking into your industry from the outside. I've lived it.

From starting out on a plant nursery and working on the tools to reaching CEO level, I've experienced virtually every side of landscaping, horticulture and grounds maintenance. I understand the challenges faced by the teams on site, the pressures of managing contracts and clients, and the difficult decisions that come with running and growing a business.

I've helped take local businesses and develop them into national operations, worked with everyone from domestic clients through to Tier 1 contractors, and built a strong understanding of what makes businesses in our industry succeed.

Today, I use that experience to help other businesses get noticed, open doors and grow.

I'm a regular columnist for The Landscape Magazine, have appeared on radio and podcasts, contributed to industry panels and represented Women in Construction as an Ambassador at London Build. If there's an industry event worth attending, there's a good chance you'll find me there.
